A second meeting takes place between a technical staff member and the talent. The technical qualification assessment reviews the candidates’ foundational knowledge in their focus areas and confirms that they have the expertise in those skills. Alzome’s technical assessment is performed at a high-level and is not designed specifically for any one company.

Candidates that meet our criteria are then invited to participate in the talent portal where they can create and manage their profile, search jobs, follow companies and take advantage of Alzome’s community offerings which include user groups, diversity groups, interest groups and the Alzome store.
